6. Reviews & Submissions

If you submit reviews, images, or suggestions, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that your content is lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our products and marketing. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

7. Product Information & Availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors and textures may vary by screen. If an item is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or replacement.

All items are made to order and printed in the USA. Availability and pricing may change without notice.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Despite our efforts, errors may occur. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before processing. Orders ship after successful payment.

Sales tax: Collected where required by law.

9. Returns & Replacements

If you’re not satisfied, request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged/defective: Email photos and your order number to info@artonposters.com for review.
• Change of mind: Return in original condition/packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds process within 3–5 business days after we receive the item or confirm the issue.

10. Shipping

Products are printed and shipped from U.S. facilities. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided after shipment. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or weather events.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions apply to merchandise subtotal unless stated otherwise. Only one code per order unless explicitly allowed. Promotions can’t be applied to previous purchases and may be modified or ended at any time.

12. Third-Party Links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtOnPosters.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where limitations are not allowed, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.

Arbitration (optional clause): If you prefer binding arbitration and class-action waiver language here, we can add it. Otherwise, disputes may be brought in small claims or civil court where permitted.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
