Shipping
Free shipping is available within the continental United States (contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC).
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Orders are printed to order in the USA. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
- Delivery timelines depend on carrier transit times after dispatch.
If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and take clear photos of the item and box. See “Returns” below.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your art. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Email photos of the damage and your order number to info@artonposters.com.
- Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In many cases you won’t need to return the item if photos clearly show the issue.
Change of Mind
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You’re responsible for return postage.
- Contact us at info@artonposters.com for return instructions and the return address before sending anything back.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the return or confirm the issue by photo review.
